About the role As a Back Plant Operator , you are responsible for housekeeping throughout the facility and the safe and efficient operation on the tipping floor. This includes the grounds keeping and other assigned duties to maintain performance of the facility. This position reports to the Operations Supervisor. Position Responsibilities: Overall Plant Operations Perform facility housekeeping and various cleaning assignments to maintain a safe, orderly and clean work environment according 5S principles. Responsible for routine ash testing and other operational assignments given by the supervisor to the plant including outage activities. Working mandatory overtime as needed or required to maintain the facility. Supporting the profile waste coordinator with daily tasks and assignments. Adhere to all OSHA and HazMat Procedures with respect to the storage and handling of materials in the area. Responsible for repo
