About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Backend Engineer to lead the technical evolution of our platform as we scale from hundreds of thousands to millions of users. This role extends beyond traditional coding responsibilities, requiring system-level thinking, architectural expertise, and mentorship capabilities. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with leadership, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient systems that support our growth ambitions. You will play a critical role in shaping the long-term technical vision while remaining actively involved in coding, system design, and technical decision-making.
