About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of GoGoGrandparent’s Home Services department. This role is pivotal in shaping a new and strategic segment of our business, with the potential to significantly influence the company's growth trajectory. As a Product Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the Home Services product, from customer research and market analysis to requirements gathering, planning, and launching. You will have broad autonomy to build this “business within a business,” focusing on increasing adoption, repeat usage, and building trust among our users. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact, innovative initiative that aligns with our mission of enhancing lives through technology. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in full-cycle product development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data exploration and analysis Strong data analysis skills, comfortable working with spreadsheets and analytics tools Experience running A/B tests related to pricing, engagement, and incentives Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work under pressure Superior project management skills and interpersonal communication abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in customer research, market analysis, and product lifecycle management Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps Ability to develop business cases, high-level use cases, and ROI analyses for product initiatives Responsibilities Translate customer feedback and business needs into detailed product requirements and development roadmaps for the Home Services division Develop comprehensive product strategy documents outlining business cases, use cases, technical requirements, and expected ROI Design and optimize the customer journey to enhance user experience and satisfaction Conduct customer interviews and market research to identify pain points and prioritize service categories such as cleaning, handyman, yard-work, personal assistant, and caregiver services Analyze funnel metrics, cohort retention, and repeat usage data to inform growth strategies and product improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and marketing to ensure successful product launches Develop, implement, and maintain project timelines across multiple departments to ensure timely delivery Evaluate new product ideas and strategize go-to-market plans to maximize impact and adoption Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to keep our services innovative and competitive Benefits Healthcare insurance including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 8 paid company holidays plus 4 cultural days annually Personal Time-off of 15 days at the start of employment, with additional accrual over time 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Parental leave to support work-life balance Opportunities for professional growth and development Engagement in meaningful projects that make a tangible difference in people's lives Collaborative and inclusive work environment Remote work flexibility, enabling work from anywhere within the US timezone Quarterly team retreats to foster team bonding and culture Equal Opportunity GoGoGrandparent is an equal opportunity employer.
