Role: backend Engineer - Java , Python with AI/ML . Location: Austin, TX (3 days hybrid) Work: Full-time Requirements: Strong backend engineering experience (e.g., Java (required), Python (required), APIs, cloud infrastructure). Hands-on experience with machine learning — model development, training pipelines, and/or ML-based feature building. Ability to work independently and integrate with an existing engineering team. Familiarity with modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and data tooling. Strong communication skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Available for contractor engagement; sourced via approved vendor channels.
