Key duties include Preparing and inspecting machinery before use to ensure safety and proper function Operating backhoes, loaders, and other heavy equipment to move soil, debris, and materials Following project plans and specifications to ensure accurate backfilling and grading Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting equipment issues as needed Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Skills needed include strong attention to safety, excellent teamwork, physical stamina, and the ability to follow directions precisely.
