Job Summary The Equipment Operator plays a crucial role in the efficient operation and maintenance of various equipment.This position involves working with heavy machinery and performing tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of utility services.The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of vehicles and equipment(Backhoe required), demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and quality work.Duties Utilize backhoes for digging trenches, holes, and foundations in various projects.Engage in paving activities to ensure proper surface preparation and finishing.Execute loader operations to move materials efficiently around the job site.Build infrastructure components as required by project specifications.Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.Skills Proficient in operating Backhoe.Strong ability to dig with precision according to project requirements.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards on the job site.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.This position offers an opportunity for skilled operators looking to contribute their expertise in utility operations while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.Works Monday - Friday on the road.Offer per diem with specific projects.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$24.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Work Location:On the road.
