Job Description: This employee will be responsible for day to day support in the review, processing, and provisioning/de-provisioning of physical access and badges for employees, contractors, vendors for our client. Primary Responsibilities: Utilizes Physical Access Control (PAC) systems and associated printers Assists employees and contractors with attaining proper physical access and badges while ensuring accuracy and legitimacy of access requests via a ticketing system Ensures that all processes and procedures are followed when creating and distributing physical access and badges Inputs, renews and deactivates physical access and badges in PAC systems Adds new personnel to PAC systems Performs rudimentary analysis and assists in the resolution of physical access issues and escalates as appropriate Other duties as assigned by Physical Security Management Core Contributes to the short and long term goals of identity and facility access control program and initiatives that align with Client Division and Connectivity & Platforms HQ strategies Regular, consistent and punctual attendance Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance Ensures that reports, approvals, written orders, etc. are maintained as required Benefits Full-time employees (working an average of 30 hours or more) are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Compensation Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
