Job Title:Bag Drop/Outside Service Personnel Location:Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at The Shoals Website:https://www.rtjgolf.com/theshoals/ Overview:The Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at The Shoals is home to two 18-hole championship courses and sits high above Wilson Lake on the Tennessee River.The Fighting Joe course at The Shoals was the first Trail course to break 8,000 yards, measuring some 8,092 yards from the black tees.Travel Leisure Golf named Fighting Joe one of the top new courses in 2004 for good reason.Long-hitters here will experience a test of champions, but from the correct tee box, all players will enjoy world-class golf.The second course, the Schoolmaster (named for President Woodrow Wilson, who was responsible for getting Wilson Dam built and was also known as The Schoolmaster of politics), opened in 2005.It's hard to beat the beauty that the 18th hole holds on the high bluffs over the river, but the waterfall guarding the 2nd green sure comes close.Essential Responsibilities:Service Attendant prepares and stocks golf carts for staging and play, manages practice facility presentation, cleans and stores fleet and practice facility equipment at days end and provides a high level of customer service to members and their guests.Must be service oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.Stages carts for daily play.Prepares carts for guests; stocks and maintains carts before and after each use.Greets members and assists members and guests with the loading of their golf clubs on the cart.Cleans customer golf clubs after round and assists in loading clubs in car.Assists with the maintenance of the driving range; picks up range balls and cleans them.Ensures clean and well-organized cart staging and front of clubhouse area.Provides additional support to other areas of the course as needed.Performs additional assignments per the direction of golf management staff.Sunbelt Golf is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is dedicated to maintaining a drug-free workplace.When you become a Sunbelt Team Member:Flexible schedule Paid training Discounted meals during shifts Fun team environment Opportunity to advance Ability to build your career and resume Benefits:Employee discounts on golf, merchandise, food & beverage, and hotels Health Insurance (full-time only) Other optional insurance includes dental, vision, accident, disability and life (full-time only) 401K plan (after 1-year) with matching (full-time and part-time) Paid time off (full-time only) Job Type:Part-time Work Location:In person.
