We are looking for a dedicated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Bait Trapper.If you're 18 or older, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a love for our doors, this is the job for you.Key Responsibilities:Trap and handle live bait safely and efficiently.Lift and carry 5-gallon pails of water above your head.Maintain bait and equipment areas in a clean and organized manner.Work independently or as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.Requirements:Must be 18 years of age or older.Valid driver's license.Physically fit and able to lift 5-gallon pails of water above your head.Strong teamwork skills, but able to work independently as needed.Must pass a background check.A love for the outdoors is a must!
