Support packaging and presentation of baked goods and other food items to maintain visual appeal and freshness. Help with general kitchen duties such as cleaning, organizing supplies, and maintaining hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations. Contribute to food production processes by following recipes, measuring ingredients accurately, and ensuring consistency across all items. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions about products, and offering recommendations. Aid in catering events or special orders by preparing items according to specifications and ensuring timely delivery. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to promote efficiency and uphold health standards. Requirements Previous experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts is highly desirable. Knowledge of food industry practices including food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen sanitation. Strong knife skills and proficiency in cooking techniques are preferred. Experience in food preparation, food production, or culinary roles within restaurants or catering environments. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic understanding of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices.
