Duties Assist the Baker with production of cakes, cookie doughs, preparation, and food presentation to ensure visually appealing results Prepare ingredients and assist with food production, including baking, cooking, and food handling tasks Package baked goods and food items efficiently for retail or catering or wholesale purposes Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and adhering to food safety standards Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and assisting with special orders Help with catering setup and food presentation for events or in-store displays Follow all food safety protocols and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout food preparation processes Requirements Proven experience in large scale baking is highly desirable Proficiency in food handling techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices Previous experience in a kitchen, bakery, or restaurant environment preferred Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude Culinary experience including cooking, food preparation, and packaging is a plus Join us to bring your passion for food to life!
