Handle food production tasks including mixing, baking, portioning, and packaging to maintain efficiency and quality standards. Assist in food preparation for catering events or restaurant service, adhering to recipes and safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices. Support the team with knife skills, pastry assembly, and other culinary tasks to meet daily production goals. Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge and assisting with special orders or custom requests. Requirements Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts within a food industry setting. Strong skills in food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen operations. Experience with food packaging, presentation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Knowledge of culinary techniques including cooking, food preparation, and knife skills. Previous experience in catering or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
