The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry arts, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety and quality. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of baked goods, ensuring that all items meet our high standards of taste and presentation. Duties Prepare and bake various desserts, cookies, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Keeping the bakery clean and organized. Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, ensuring all necessary items are stocked. Decorate and package finished products for sale, ensuring proper presentation. Collaborate with bakery staff to ensure efficient food production and timely service. Engage enthusiastically with guests, answer any questions they may have, and conduct purchase transactions quickly and accurately. Requirements Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with various baking equipment and tools. Must be able to work well both independently and with a team. Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Basic Math skills are required. Ability to stand for long periods. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation. Benefits Employee discount.
