Baker Job Reference Number: 38619 Employment Type: Full-Time , Onsite Segment: Education Brand: Elior-Collegiate-Dining Location: Maryville , Missouri (US-MO) The Role at a glance: We are looking to add an energetic, motivated baker to our collegiate dining team in Marysville, MO. As a baker, you will have the opportunity to prepare a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily. What you'll be doing: Following recipes to create quality baked goods. Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the kitchen. Ordering ingredients and taking inventory regularly. What we're looking for: Must-haves: Ability to follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce various baked goods. Basic math skills for inventory management, including ordering. Nice-to-haves: Experience baking in a retail environment.
