Being a baker at Go Bagels is more than just preparing bagels and pastries. It’s about creating the warmth bagels offer in their smell, touch and taste. You’ll be taking part in our most fundamental item. We’re looking for team members who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about sharing their knowledge of bagels. Baker Expertise Mix, boil, and bake bagels following established recipes. Ensure consistent quality, size, and appearance of baked goods. Track inventory and communicate ingredient or supply needs. Operate and monitor ovens and baking equipment safely and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Requirements Previous baking experience preferred (bagel experience a plus; training available). Ability to work early mornings (as early as 3–4 AM). Strong attention to detail, timing, and consistency. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
