This exciting role offers the opportunity to craft beautiful baked goods, delectable pastries, and mouthwatering dishes while delivering exceptional customer service.You'll be an integral part of a vibrant kitchen environment, bringing heathly culinary visions to life and delighting our guests with your skills.Whether you're experienced in bakery or food preparation, this position provides a lively platform to showcase your talents and grow within the food industry.We are creating scratch made with the best ingredients we can source as well as keeping them healthy as possible Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of baked goods, pastries, and desserts with precision and flair.Creative and works well independently.Create menu items and ingredient list for procurement Create new unique items and pastries using professional techniques to create visually stunning treats. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness standards. Package finished products efficiently for retail or catering purposes, ensuring quality and presentation. Assist in food production tasks, including clean up. Support kitchen operations by maintaining organization, cleaning workstations, and managing inventory. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about products, and ensuring satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in food service, baking, or pastry arts with an eye for detail. Following the inner structure of our vision, Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques. Skilled in food preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment operation. Excellent knife skills for precise cutting and ingredient preparation. Experience in food packaging, food production processes, and catering services. Background in restaurant or food industry environments demonstrating culinary expertise.
