Donut Baker (4 AM Shift) Voyageur Donuts Job Type: Part-time or Full-time Schedule: 4:00 AM start time 4–5 shifts per week Weekend availability required 6–9 hour shifts Job Description: Voyageur Donuts is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented early morning baker to join our team. This role is essential to our daily production and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in consistency and quality. This is a seasonal position for the summer only. End date to be decided. Responsibilities: Prepare, fry, and finish donuts daily Follow recipes with precision and consistency Assist with dough preparation, glazes, fillings, and toppings Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace Meet daily production goals efficiently Work collaboratively with team members during early morning shifts Qualifications: Ability to consistently arrive on time for a 4:00 AM shift Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred (not required) Ability to stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail Team-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to lift 25–50 lbs Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Free coffee and shift meal Supportive, team-focused work environment Opportunity for growth within the company About Voyageur Donuts: Voyageur Donuts is a craft-focused donut shop committed to quality, creativity, and community.
