Overview Handled customer service, order taking, cashiering, and front-of-house operations in a fast-paced bakery environment while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and positive guest experiences. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Operate cash registers accurately, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions with precision Assist with packaging baked goods and ensuring products are presented attractively for sale Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area, including restocking supplies and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Help with food production activities, including portioning, wrapping, and labeling baked items Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient bakery operations and a positive shopping experience Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards in a bakery or restaurant setting is advantageous Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for engaging with customers and team members alike Pay: From $14.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Store discount Work Location: In person
