As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods while ensuring top-notch food safety standards and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Utilize baking skills to prepare a variety of baked goods and desserts Adhere to strict food safety guidelines throughout the baking process Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and orders Participate in food preparation activities in the kitchen Contribute to the overall efficiency of food production in the bakery Engage in cake decorating to enhance product presentation Requirements Proven experience in baking within a professional kitchen setting Proficiency in food safety practices and regulations (food handlers card) Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality and satisfaction Knowledge of pastry techniques and cake decorating is highly desirable Familiarity with food handling procedures in the food industry Ability to work collaboratively in a kitchen environment Prior experience in a bakery or pastry shop is a plus If you are enthusiastic about baking, and thrive in a bustling kitchen atmosphere, we invite you to apply for the Baker position.
