Bakery Production Team Member

We are currently looking to fill the following position: Bakery Production Team Member $18/hr+ Tips Schedule: 1pm-9pm Monday - Friday Duties include: Preparing mise en place items and garnishes Piping, shaping, & rolling Scale / mix recipes and pastry components Produce a broad range of production components Savory station prep Assisting customers and build sandwiches to order Using kitchen equipment knowledgeably and meeting safety standards Communicating clearly with production staff Consistent punctuality & attendance Maintaining quality standards & quality control Follow all company policies Qualifications: Current OR Food Handlers Card 2 years professional kitchen experience required Professional and strong attention to detail High standards for quality and cleanliness Ability to be flexible to the priorities of the kitchen Knife skills Customer service experience Basic math skills Understand written & verbal communication Ability to work standing for long periods of time Ability to be led and learn quickly Compensation is competitive and determined based on experience, performance and position held. Health care benefits are available for full-time employees after 3 mos. PTO accrues after 1 year of employment.
