OverviewThe Bakery Production Team Member will be accountable for assisting and fulfilling a variety of positions and tasks within the bakery production department.Baker's responsibilities include but are not limited to, mixing dough, preparing fillings, glazing pastries, lamination, as well as daily dish cleanup and space management.Bring your creativity and ideas to the table to help elevate seasonal bakery rollouts, ensuring the bakery is always providing fresh, quality, and delicious items to our Guests, vendors, and clients.Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Work well in a collaborative environment, to ensure that all pars for the day are produced in a timely manner for product pickup and that items sent meet department quality standards.Understand our and production standards, proper use of scales, as well as an understanding of basic methods/techniques of doughs, pies, cookies, lamination, creaming, custards, meringues, mousse, and bread baking.Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.Tasked with engaging and learning from other department leaders as well as other Team Members to elevate and refine your skills.Tasked with helping your department keep spoilage and waste to a minimum.Comply with attendance expectations to regularly basis meet Bakery Department's daily and weekly goals.Requirements 3years of training and experience in the baking industry 1years working for a bakery Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends Ability to stand for extended time periods, up to 12 hours.Knowledge of standard food safety practices Pay:$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Bereavement leave Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Referral program Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
