Key Responsibilities Develop, write, edit, and update practical guidance related to banking & finance law Draft, review, and annotate form agreements, checklists, and related legal documents Conduct in-depth legal research using case law, treatises, and other legal resources Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction) 3-5 years of experience as a Banking & Finance Attorney, preferably with an AmLaw 100/200 firm Significant experience representing agent banks, arrangers, and other financial institutions Substantive experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements and related financing documentation
