This role is for one of our clients Compensation: $100-$150 per hour We are seeking experienced banking professionals to contribute to a research initiative with a leading AI lab focused on developing advanced foundational models. In this role, you will apply your on-desk banking experience to support the evaluation and refinement of financial reasoning and analytical content used to train next-generation AI systems. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong exposure to banking operations, financial analysis, and deal execution who are looking to leverage their expertise in a flexible, project-based environment. Requirements What You’ll Do Review and assess financial and banking-related content for accuracy, quality, and analytical rigor Apply practical banking knowledge to evaluate financial scenarios and outputs Provide structured feedback to improve clarity, correctness, and depth of analysis Support the development and refinement of high-quality financial reasoning materials Collaborate within a remote, asynchronous environment while following defined evaluation frameworks Who You Are Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in banking (must be hands-on, on-desk experience; academic experience not considered) Background in investment banking, corporate banking, commercial banking, or related financial services Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Excellent written communication and attention to detail Eligibility Candidates must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or Europe Vetting Process Completion of a technical assessment (under 2 hours) designed to evaluate financial expertise and ana
