Banquet Bartender

Description JOB OVERVIEW: To provide quality service and product to all guests. Prepare beverages for guests by following CV recipes and guidelines for preparation and presentation. Meet and exceed guest and staff expectations by providing CordeValle quality service and product. Provide value-added service to guests by doing whatever is reasonable and possible to meet or exceed customer expectations. Communicate effectively with guests, staff and supervisors Demonstrate teamwork by cooperating and assisting staff as needed In all situations demonstrate character, courtesy, calm and charm Show willingness to serve and assist guests and fellow staff members at all times Participate in continual food and beverage educational programs Adhere to service standards and additional information provided during orientation and training Standard Specifications: Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Essential Prior bartending experience 21 years or older Flexible schedule Prior cash handling experience Desirable Familiarity with computer software including Microsoft Word and Excel Bilingual SKILLS Essential Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen, stewarding, banquet and all other staff members Ability to reconcile cash sales at end of night Ability to follow all safety guidelines while operating a golf cart Ability to multi-task effectively Desirable Ability to assist with audio visual equipment ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Responsible for comprehensive knowledge of bar menus and liquor brands Responsible for full knowledge
