Support operational efficiency by organizing banquet spaces, managing inventory, and adhering to delivery and cleanup schedules in a fast-paced environment. Other duties as assigned. Execute catered events and deliveries by setting up, serving, and maintaining food presentation across on-campus and off-campus locations, including physician lounges. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards during preparation, transport, and service, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
