Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banquet Manager in the Greater Cleveland area. The Banquet Manager will oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including planning, organizing, and executing events to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include supervising banquet staff, managing food and beverage services, coordinating event logistics, maintaining quality and service standards, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. The Banquet Manager will act as a key point of contact for clients and work to ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and event execution. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a high-quality guest experience and promptly address client needs. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, staff, and vendors effectively. Proficiency in Food & Beverage operations, with knowledge of menu planning, service standards, and inventory management. Experience in Hiring, training, and mentoring team members to uphold service and operational standards. Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events simultaneously. Prior experience in event planning or banquet management is preferred. Flexible schedule to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset.
