Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the event or function Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Set up banquet areas according to event specifications, including table arrangements and service stations Clear tables promptly, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness to uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene Prepare and stock bar stations with necessary supplies, mixing drinks professionally as per standard recipes Engage with guests to enhance their experience, addressing special requests or dietary needs with care Assist in food handling, food preparation support, and catering setup or breakdown as needed to ensure seamless event execution Skills Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in banquet service or catering environments Strong culinary knowledge and familiarity with food safety practices Excellent guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations Previous banquet experience combined with bartending skills preferred Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and basic food preparation methods Experience working in restaurants, hotels, or similar hospitality venues is highly desirable This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a vibrant hospitality setting.
