SUMMARY Responsible for setting up and breaking down a variety of banquet events while maintaining Juniper Preserve Standards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepares all banquet space prior to events Tears down all banquet space after events are done Strong attention to detail Maintains the cleanliness and organization of any banquet rooms, hallways, storage and service areas.Routine inventory and care for banquet supplies such as linens, chairs and china, glassware, flatware and decorations.Sets dining tables, buffets, and other service areas as according to Banquet Event Order or as directed.Assists Servers, transporting tables and equipment, reporting maintenance issues to management and providing requested information to banquet patrons.Communicate guest requests and concerns to the department manager.Helps to maintain a clean banquet or catering kitchen, coolers, and equipment.Performs other duties as required Requires heavy lifting and being on your feet for an extended period of time Able to work flexible shifts based on event needs Completes additional duties as assigned by the Banquet F&B Team and/or the Events Team QUALIFICATIONS Required To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must maintain current Food Handler Card and OLCC Service Permit.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Local travel may be required in conjunction with Member/Guest events.WORKING CONDITIONS:May include both inside or outside shifts.PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Job Type:Part-time Pay:From $20.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Employee discount Work Location:In person.
