Responsibilities Lead and manage all bar operations, including training, inventory, ordering, menu development and supervision to ensure efficient service delivery. Oversee food and beverage preparation, ensuring quality standards are consistently met across all menu items. Supervise food handling, cooking, and food production processes to maintain safety and hygiene regulations. Coordinate with staff to manage service during busy hours, special events, and banquets. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, beverages, and supplies; place orders and control waste to optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service. Foster a welcoming environment by delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly. Implement shift management procedures to ensure smooth transitions between team members while maintaining high service standards. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management, beverage service management, or hospitality management with supervising responsibilities. Strong background in beverage production, beverage techniques, and preparation within a restaurant setting. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of safety standards, dietary considerations, and responsible alcohol service practices. Familiarity with management systems and inventory control processes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Experience with catering or banquet operations is a plus. Ability to manage shifts efficiently while maintaining team motivation and operational flow.
