Macie & Milo’s Brew Pup is a unique sports bar, food truck, and off-leash dog park experience built around great customer service, family atmosphere, sports, and community. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on General Manager to oversee daily operations and help continue the rapid growth of our business. This position is for someone who can lead from the front, manage people effectively, create structure, and deliver an outstanding guest experience while maintaining high standards throughout the property. Position Summary The General Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations of the business including bar operations, food service, staffing, scheduling, customer experience, inventory, cleanliness, events, and overall team accountability. This role will work directly with ownership while taking responsibility for making sure the business operates efficiently, professionally, and profitably. The ideal candidate is Strong with leadership and accountability Comfortable managing a fast-paced environment Experienced in restaurant/bar operations Great with customer service and conflict resolution Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable around dogs and family environments Responsibilities Daily Operations Oversee all bar, food truck, and park operations Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the property Monitor customer experience and resolve issues professionally Ensure all company policies and safety procedures are followed Manage daily cash handling and end-of-day reporting Staff Management Hire, train, and develop employees Create and manage weekly schedules Hold staff accountable for responsibilities and professionalism Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate expectations Assist with payroll and labor management Coach and discipline employees when necessary Bar & Food Operations Monitor food and alcohol service quality Maintain inventory levels and place orders Control waste and manage costs Ensure compliance with all health department and alcohol regulations Coordinate with cooks, bartenders, and Paw Enforcement Officers Customer Experience Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere Build relationships with regular customers and members Handle customer complaints professionally Help promote events, specials, trivia nights, live music, and memberships Business Growth Assist ownership with improving systems and operations Help increase profitability and efficiency Maintain high online review standards and customer satisfaction Support social media promotions and community engagement Qualifications Previous restaurant or bar management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with scheduling, inventory, and staff management Nights and weekends required Experience with POS systems preferred Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented Preferred Experience Sports bar management High-volume restaurant experience Event coordination Staff development and training Inventory and cost control Experience managing alcohol service compliance Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
