Job Summary We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Bar Back to join our bar team. The Bar Back plays a key support role to ensure bartenders can provide fast, friendly, and efficient service. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a team. Responsibilities Stock and replenish beer, liquor, wine, mixers, and glassware throughout the shift Prepare garnishes and assist bartenders with setup and breakdown of the bar Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar at all times Refill ice bins, change kegs, and monitor product levels Collect and wash used glassware, restock clean items promptly Remove trash, recyclables, and maintain a sanitary workspace Support bartenders during peak hours by assisting with guest needs Communicate effectively with bar and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Qualifications Must be 21+ and eligible to work in a bar environment Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred but not required Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Team-oriented attitude and positive energy Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays) Benefits Competitive hourly pay + tip share Employee meal & drink discounts Fun, fast-paced oceanfront work environment Advancement opportunities (Barback Bartender Lead Bartender) Training and mentorship provided Schedule Nights & weekends required Typical shifts: 4–8 hours Flexible availability preferred
