Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Barback, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create an exceptional experience for our guests. As a vital support to our bartenders and service staff, you’ll ensure the bar area remains clean, stocked, and ready to serve. Duties Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing equipment to uphold health standards. Restock bar supplies such as liquor bottles, mixers, garnishes, and glassware efficiently during shifts to ensure seamless service. Assist with food preparation tasks like garnishing drinks or preparing simple snacks for guests when needed. Support bartenders by bussing tables and clearing empty glasses to keep the bar area tidy and inviting. Help set up and break down event spaces for banquets or catering functions within the venue. Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly preferred. Experience working in Restaurants, nightclubs, banquet settings, catering events, or hotel environments is a plus. Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and proper sanitation practices is essential. Strong communication skills are necessary to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests. Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
