La Vetta La Vetta is the upstairs Italian dining room. The experience is dramatic, intimate, and dynamic. The kitchen is led by a Michelin starred chef. We are building an opening team that is polished without being stiff, and precise without losing warmth. The Role You keep the bar stocked, clean, and powerful. Your speed and organization allow bartenders to stay guest-facing and consistent.
