-Sterling Cigar Lounge is Tampa's upscale cigar lounge located in the cigar capital of the world known as Ybor City . -The lounge is outfitted with a highend exhaust ventilation system that changes the air in the space to bring in fresh air from outside. -Sterling Cigar Lounge is looking for a Bar- Back with 2 years of experience . #1: Must be able to handle constant smoke and music noise. Must be able to handle lifting garbage bags and heavy boxes. Also using stairs. #2: Must be able to work evening, nights and weekends. #3: Must be able to work with others as a team and have the ability to create positive environment . #4: Must have a happy motivated attitude at all times. #5: Being able to prepare plates which will be provided manual by the manager. #6: Replenishing ice at the bar. #7: Basic cleaning of all the lounge including bathroom, stairs. Such as mopping , dusting, wiping tables, ash trays and bar top, taking garbage bags. #8: Stocking the bar. #9: Checking in with bartenders to see if they need anything.
