Job description Join our award-winning "Best of the Northwest" team at V's Barbershop in Bellingham, a busy full-service barbershop located in Bakerview Square. We offer commission-based pay with built-in clientele in a laid-back, flexible work environment. Our small team collaborates using traditional barber tools, serving clients through a combination of walk-ins and appointments. Regular training sessions provide opportunities for professional growth and skill development. Responsibilities · Provide hair cutting services · Perform shaving and beard grooming · Maintain a clean and organized workspace · Use traditional barber tools with skill and precision · Deliver excellent customer service to build client loyalty Required Qualifications · Valid cosmetology or barber license Preferred Qualifications · 1+ years of experience in barbering/ cutting · Proficient in varied hair cutting techniques · Skilled in shaving and beard grooming a plus but not required (we can teach you) · Strong customer service skills Pay: $25.33 - $50.00 per hour Benefits Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location: In person
