What Success Looks Like Deliver consistently strong haircuts, shaves, and beard work that earn repeat clients and referrals Create a personalized, on-time experience from consultation to checkout Build and maintain a loyal book through rebooking and product recommendations Show up prepared, professional, and accountable to your team and clients What You’ll Do Perform haircuts, fades, trims, beard work, and hot towel shaves Consult with clients and guide them toward the right style and products Follow our service system to deliver a consistent, branded experience Maintain a clean, organized station and uphold all hygiene standards Participate in training, team development, and shop initiatives What We’re Looking For Active AZ barber/cosmetology license (or ability to transfer) Strong fundamentals or a coachable mindset—we actively welcome apprentices ready to learn Reliable, professional, and client-first in your approach Motivated to grow your income, skillset, and client base Available for evenings and weekends What You’ll Get Commission-based pay with $80,000–$100,000+ potential $1,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates Ongoing education, hands-on coaching, and real growth opportunities Built-in traffic + systems to help you grow your book faster A team-driven, high-standard culture Connections to trusted local housing resources to help make relocating to Prescott easier Additional Details On your feet most of the day; frequent use of hands and arms for tools and services We serve a diverse clientele and are committed to a welcoming, respectful environment for all How to Apply – Take the Lead If this role caught your eye, don’t just click apply—reach out directly.
