Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently. Provide expert consultations on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to proper sanitation protocols for tools like straight razors and other equipment. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients at the front desk, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive salon experience from start to finish. Mentor junior team members in techniques like hair threading, makeup application, and barbering skills while fostering a collaborative team environment. Manage store operations including inventory management, retail math calculations for upselling opportunities, and supporting store management in daily tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in cosmetology or barbering with proficiency in hair styling, coloring, and hair extensions. Strong knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY or similar platforms. Skilled in various beauty treatments including eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, and hair threading. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and team members effectively. Demonstrated ability to uphold sanitation standards and maintain a clean work environment. Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling products related to hair care and beauty treatments.
