About us Addicted to The Bean is a locally owned coffee, and sandwich shop. We love coffee, but mostly we love our customers -- and they love us. A good barista becomes a favorite part of the day for the people we serve, and likewise, we look forward to seeing our customers every day, and being part of their daily routines. We are looking for either experienced baristas, or newcomers to the trade so long as you are customer focused and enjoy meeting lots of great people every day. As a barista at The Bean, you will be making everything from plain old drip coffee to fancy half-caf no whip soy mocha lattes. You will be serving up all manner of breakfast sandwiches and making delectable BLT sandwiches, complete with avocado. Occasionally, you'll also have to mop the floor and clean the bathroom -- but we find that the customers make that all worthwhile.
