Responsibilities Prepare bubble tea, coffee, teas, and specialty drinks following Chatime recipes Greet customers with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality Take orders and process transactions accurately using POS systems Handle cash and card payments with proper cash‑handling procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Follow food safety and preparation standards Assist with basic food prep and restocking supplies Promote seasonal drinks and specials through friendly suggestive selling Support and train new Cha‑Ristas as needed Manage time effectively during busy rushes without compromising quality Qualifications Must be 16+ years old Weekend availability required Barista or food industry experience is a plus (not required) Familiarity with POS systems is helpful Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards or willingness to learn Reliable team player with a positive attitude eager to learn new skills in the café or retail setting.
