ABOUT US: No experience necessary. We will train! Premium boba and milk tea store specializing in our famous Brown Sugar Deerioca milk as well as other creative and premium boba tea drinks. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation Assist with food preparation, such as baking pastries or assembling sandwiches Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Qualifications: Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Join our team as a Barista and be part of creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
