Barista and Customer Experience Associate

Must be 18+ Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences Operate espresso machines and other equipment to brew coffee and prepare beverages Ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area Handle cash transactions using the cash register or POS system Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Assist with food preparation as needed Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee varieties Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating orders Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred Familiarity with operating a cash register or POS system is a plus Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Join our team as a Barista and enjoy the opportunity to showcase your passion for coffee while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
