Barista

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Operate coffee-making equipment with precision and care Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workspace Handle cash transactions using a cash register or POS system Uphold high standards of quality control for all beverages served Assist in food preparation and handling when necessary Qualifications Prior experience in food service or the retail industry is preferred Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor Strong understanding of food safety guidelines and practices Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN Pay: From $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits Flexible schedule Paid training Work Location: In person
