We are seeking an experienced barista to join our team in a fast-paced and exciting coffee shop environment. As a barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and iced beverages Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, countertops, and storage areas Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels Follow all safety and health guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Qualifications: Minimum of 1 years of experience as a barista Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques and equipment Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, including multitasking and prioritizing tasks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays If you have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to work in a dynamic and exciting environment, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
