Barista / Cashier Caf Olivia At Caf Olivia, the person behind the bar sets the tone for the entire guest experience. We're looking for a Barista/Cashier who's fast, friendly, and takes real pride in the work from a perfectly pulled shot to a seamless transaction during a packed morning rush. This is a front-line hospitality role. You'll be the first and last impression for every guest who walks through our doors, and we take that seriously. What You'll Do Greet guests and take orders accurately at the counter and POS Prepare hot and cold coffee and espresso beverages to Caf Olivia standards Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and counter at all times Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately Support the team during high-volume rushes without sacrificing quality or hospitality Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Restock, rotate product, and assist with opening and closing duties as assigned What We're Looking For Prior caf or coffee shop experience preferred; specialty coffee knowledge is a plus Cash handling experience A positive, guest-first attitude even on the busiest days Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced environment Strong communicator and reliable team player Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Full availability Monday through Friday required Compensation & Schedule $17 to $28/hour based on tips Monday through Friday schedule Full availability preferred Grow With Us Caf Olivia is expanding and we promote from within.
