Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with attention to quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide personalized service to enhance their café experience Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with accuracy using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and dining spaces Assist in food handling and basic food preparation tasks to ensure timely service Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards Experience Previous barista experience or coffee industry background preferred; familiarity with café operations is a plus Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and food preparation standards in the food service or retail industry Ability to work full-time hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us if you’re passionate about delivering exceptional coffee experiences and creating a welcoming environment for every guest.
