Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, beverages, and light food items with precision and care. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately. Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food preparation and handling. Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality. Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring the café environment is welcoming. Qualifications Previous barista experience with knowledge of coffee preparation techniques. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
