Full job description Job Summary Join our vibrant café team as a Boba Barista, where you’ll be the friendly face behind the counter, creating delightful bubble tea beverages and providing exceptional customer service. As a Boba Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality drinks, managing POS systems efficiently, and ensuring a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such to process transactions smoothly and accurately Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food preparation and serving areas Engage with customers warmly, taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations to boost sales Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and balancing registers at shift end Ensure proper food handling and serving procedures are followed according to health regulations Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness throughout shifts Requirements Previous barista or café experience is highly preferred, especially with coffee and bubble tea preparation Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and enthusiastically Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales tracking, and retail math calculations Experience in food service or retail environments within the food industry is advantageous Reliable team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Boba Barista where your energy fuels our vibrant café atmosphere!
