Position Summary Hi bake is seeking dedicated, experienced and responsible Barista / FOH members to join our team at Hi bake. This role is a key part of our back-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer food quality, efficiency, and adherence to company standards Employment Details Hiring Entity: Hi bake Work Location: 235 N Canon Dr, Beverly Hills, California 90210 Employment Type: Full-Time, Part time Pay rate: $17.50Hour (Based on experience + tips pool) Availability: Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and provide excellent service Take and process customer orders for pastries, bread, and coffee drinks Prepare all drinks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house and barista station Restock supplies and assist with merchandising bakery displays Handle transactions using POS system accurately and efficiently Communicate effectively with the BOH team to ensure smooth service Qualifications Experience in a customer-facing role Basic knowledge of barista equipment Barista skills required: Ability to dial in espresso, steam milk, and prepare lattes, cappuccinos, etc. Ability to stand for extended periods Able to lift, push, and carry up to 30 lbs Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Compliance Statement Hi bake is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
