We are looking for energetic, hospitality-focused team members who take pride in creating an exceptional café experience while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Role Description This is an on-site role for a Barista / Café Team Member at Jayde’s Market. Team members will be responsible for preparing coffee, espresso drinks, matcha beverages, smoothies, and café items while delivering warm, attentive customer service and maintaining high presentation standards throughout the café. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, works well under pressure, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a premium café environment. Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, coffee beverages, matcha, smoothies, and café items Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café and service areas Support café opening, closing, and restocking duties Assist guests with menu knowledge and recommendations Maintain speed, quality, and consistency during busy periods Work collaboratively with café, deli, bakery, and front-end teams Uphold Jayde’s Market presentation and hospitality standards Qualifications Previous café, coffee, smoothie, or hospitality experience preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail Passion for hospitality, coffee, and customer experience Experience with espresso machines and drink preparation is a plus Compensation Competitive hourly pay + tips based on experience.
