Barista

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating a positive welcoming experience for our customers. Experience is a plus, but not required. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, redbull / lotus drinks, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing. Maintain a clean work environment. Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Utilize Square POS system for order processing and inventory management. Requirements Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor to assist customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
